The Town of Houlton requests proposals from qualified contractors for repair and painting of ceilings and walls in 5 locker rooms and adjoining bathrooms at the John Millar Civic Center. All proposals must be submitted to the Town of Houlton 21 Water St. Houlton, ME 04730 or emailed to town.clerk@houlton-maine.com by 12:00 PM on Friday, September 18, 2026.
